Shipping and handling is $4.58 per copy within Canada and free for orders of 5 or more books.

If you are in the Greater Toronto Area you can pick up your copy to avoid shipping charges.

If you are ordering from outside Canada, it is best to just send us an e-mail and we will prepare an invoice for your approval before your order is processed.
