David McEown is the artist and friend who painted Sunrise from Awausee Lookout. That is the painting that graces the cover of After the Rain.

Grace Madden is my sister. She has a wonderful spiritual practice, is a lifelong friend and now offers Circle of Grace spiritual journeys in Ottawa, Canada."

Debbie Homewood is a friend and watercolour painter. You can order prints of her work online. Debbie also has many year's experience offering biofeedback and counselling services.

We attended an"Awakening the Dreamer" symposium a few months ago. It was a highly information and motivating day. The thrust of the program is to inspire each of us to do something positive. Collectively, the program will lead to an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling and socially just human presence on this planet. Check it out and find somewhere to attend.

In 2000, Nancy and I went on an extended trip across Canada. From Ontario we headed west to the Queen Charlotte Islands and North to the Arctic Circle before returning to Ontario. We created and maintained a website while on the road, which was a bit of a feat at the time. A few links may be broken but it's still here if you'd like to check it out.
